Mix Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon chia/flax seed & 3 tablespoons hot water
Dry Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoon apple sauce
- 2 tablespoon almond / macadamia / hazlenut butter
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablesppon maple syrup
Steps
- Mix seed & hot water to rest
- Mix dry ingredients
- Mix wet ingredients
- Give 15mins to rise
- Use waffle maker
Condiments
- Chocolate powder, coconut oil and maple syrupt
- Frozen berries with chia/flax seeds simmered on stove
- Hazlenut / macadamia nut with maple syrup
