Pork Knuckle - Air Fryer

Ingredients

Cooking

  1. Put into fat side up in metal bowl in air fryer without tray
  2. 1.5 hours @ 200c
  3. Pour fat over itself every 20mins
  4. Rest for 15mins while make gravy

Gravy

  1. Pour oil & juices into saucepan
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of flour to sauce pan
  3. Medium heat until boiling then simmer
  4. Add ~100ml of stock / 1 tablespoon body glue with water
