Beef Mince Pies

Ingredients
- 500g mince
- 250g diced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoon tapioca flour
- 1 tablespoon collagen broth
- 6 tablespoon roux (1:1 oil & plain flour)
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
Steps
- Mix water into the mince until no longer absorbs (100ml+)
- Mix flour into mince
- Simmer mushrooms with butter
- Brown mince
- Make roux and cook for 5mins
- Mix all ingredients
- Salt to taste
- Cool for 30mins before pie maker with puff pasty
