Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 cup almond meal
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 200g cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extra
- 1 cup raspberries
Steps
- Mix ingredients except raspberries
- Gently push in raspberries
- 20 minutes @ 170c
Tips
- Undercooked is better than overcooked
