Ingredients

2 x 1kg tomahawk from Costco
Seasoning

Preparation

Cover in seasoning overnight

Cooking

30 mins to warm up BGE with water pan
2 hours @ 110c
Remove at 50c internal and rest steak
15 mins of open vents
Sear both sides

Notes

Can also use oven & cast iron pan
