Beef Ribs - Slow Cooker

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Cover in seasoning overnight

Cooking

  1. Get sauce pan hot and sear each side
  2. Brown onions
  3. Add all ingredients to slow cooker
  4. 6 hours @ hot / 8 hours @ low
  5. 1 hour rest

Left Overs

  1. Cool in fridge
  2. Skim fat for Gravy instructions
  3. Simmer down sauce and use on quinoa, rice, etc. with vegetables
  4. Shred meat for sandwiches, pies, pasta, etc.
