Beef Ribs - Slow Cooker

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Cover in seasoning overnight

Cooking

  1. Get sauce pan hot and sear each side
  2. Add all ingredients to slow cooker
  3. 5 hours @ hot (rotate ribs halfway)

Sauce

  1. Skim off fat
  2. 2 tbsp of cornstarch with 2 tbsp cold water
  3. Add 2 cups of sauce with previous mixture
