Beef Ribs - Oven

Ingredients
- 1.2kg beef short ribs
- 1 cup of stock
- 1 cup red wine / 1 tablespoon beetroot bodyglue + 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp bbq sauce
- 1 large onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 3 medium carrots
- 3 medium potatos
- 1 sprig rosemary
- Beef seasoning
Preparation
- Cover in seasoning overnight
Cooking
- Get sauce pan hot and sear each side
- Add all ingredients to pan, bone side up
- Cover in foil
- 2.5 hours @ 175c
- 0.5 hours uncovered (or longer to reduce)
Notes
- Leave vegetables chunky, e.g. only quarter the potatoes
- For gravy, make a roux (2 tablespoon oil + 2 tablespoon flour) then reduce together
